Blackstone Homes : Brand Development

Established in 1986 Blackstone Homes needed a brand refresh to introduce a more contemporary style to their existing brand.

As property developers of contemporary, stylish and well-appointed homes the brief required us to ensure that these traits were carried through all aspects of the brand.

The identity needed to be flexible in terms of its application, working not only in a web environment and print but also on large - scale construction hoardings and heras fencing.

Taking a graphical approach and using a colour palette, which reflected the sustainable aspects of the construction process, we implemented a clean and simple brand strategy.
